UniqueApartments.com offers owners of unique rental apartments and homes a special web-based listing service with which to advertise their rentals on the web.  We charge on a sliding fee schedule beginning at $40/month, which includes the right to post up to three pictures.  To list with us, your apartment or home must satisfy our definition of unique - either through the quality of the building, the quality of the interior spaces, or the quality of its location.  Currently, we offer apartments and homes in Chicago, Illinois; New York (Manhattan)  and in Miami, Florida; but our list of locations continues to expand. 

UniqueApartments.com also offers landlords and tenants market surveys of rental rates by unit type and location, at a fee of $30.00.
